I ordered a scooter in Orlando to be delivered to my hotel at 11 AM on 2/14. When I arrived at 3 PM it was not there.... they took forever to find the order even though I had already been charged. They did not drop off the scooter till the next day. I requested a refund which seemed to surprise them but I was told I would be refunded but that has not happened. Tried to send a snail mail... there is no mailing address... no response to emails.
