I ordered a sample of this company's Pura Silk for $3.99. I just received a jar that I DID NOT order nor do I want. I called the company and the man was so rude and told me I had signed up to continue which is not true. He also told me I could not return as they have 'no money back guarantee'.... THIS IS DEFINITELY A SCAM!!! I told this man I DID NOT WANT ANY FURTHER SHIPMENT FROM THEM AND HE SAID THAT WAS TAKEN CARE OF BUT I REALLY DON'T BELIEVE HIM. I am definitely very upset because he cannot be returned and then he had the nerve to try to send me 'free store coupons' which I told him I wanted NOTHING further from this company.
