Hello My name is Keisha Jones I talked to my real estate agent Ed today thought I would notify him the exact reason why I discuss don't like giving out my credit card information happen because they CHARGE EXCESSIVE EXTRA FEES ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO YOU DID NOT AGREE TO. NOW NO ONE WILL CANCEL & THEY LOCK HIM OUT SO HE CAN'T. IT'S HARD TO GET OUT OF THIS THAT'S WHY DIDN'T WANT TO GET CAUGHT UP WITH THIS. I have been going through a hassle, hardship, & hard time all day dealing with all of the GLD MY SCORE websites & CUSTOMER SERVICE CONTACT # MY CREDIT CARD CARRIER provided with reference number FOR FRAUD charges of $29.95 listed they transferred me 7 times and are saying they can't cancel my account and can't find it in the system, however my credit card carrier said they charged an additional exorbitant excessive fee putting me over my credit limit FOR FREE $1 FEE my real estate agent said that's not right COULDN'T CANCEL LOCKED OUT ADVISED BY ALL TO DISPUTE CHARGES CANCEL THIS HAS BEEN counterproductive to what he advised me to do getting balance down. As advised on client-to do list service fee $1 and had up to 10-14 days to cancel after 10 days. I can't cancel charges applied before 10 days. PLEASE ADVISE AND WILL GO UP THE FLAG POLE AND REPORT TO BETTER BUSINESS BUEAU A DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER.
