In February of last year, I purchased my credit score from Myscore for $1. Then I cancelled the account. At the end of January I received an email from them saying that there was negative activity on my account. I didn't have an account with them so I called. I was told my account had been deactivated but that they could see debuts on my bank account for 29.95 for the past three months. Then I checked my bank account only to discover that they'd been charging me every month since February 2017. I called back and they refunded me for the three months that they could see on their screen. The representative said that someone from the Complaint Department would call me about refunding what the representative didn't have access to. Dina from Complaints called me to say that the three months were being credited to my account. I asked about the other 9 months and she replied that the statute of limitations didn't apply to the rest. I replied that as far as I know there is no such statute for debiting someone's bank account without authorization. She then offered another three months for a total of 1\2 of the money they took from me. I said that I would speak with the police as well as my local news station. Dina replied that this was fine and that she would send my case to their lawyers.
