Latasha Waites rented a property from me under a false identity and didn't pay rent for almost 10 months! She would never appear in court and then strategically submit documents of some excuse why she couldn't appear to prolong the process. She used her 16 y/o daughter's name and SSN to rent the property, with fraudulent paystubs and picture ID. She then proceeded to submit fraudulent checks that never cleared the bank.
