I ordered Heal N Soothe pills which are suppose to help with back. I got them for my 96 year old mother and she did not get any relief from them. So I figured I'd call the company and was told by a woman that she could not give me a refund - they just don't do it. Looking at the paperwork it says no refunds on recurring smartship subscriptions. What a joke. Under exchange and return items it looks like you would also be out of luck because they claim unless they authorize the return and if they claim it didn't get to them, you're out. And this company has many addresses, mine was in McHenry, Ill, but I've seen them on line for California, and other locations. I think they are a rip off and do not back their product at all. So you buy three bottles of this junk and pay 39+ times three and you only have 30 days to try it. I'll bet they'll give you a problem even if I wanted to return it at day 21. Don't get scammed by them.
