I believe there was a scheme to sign me up for unwanted newsletters and charge me $19.95, monthly. I had ordered a free book in December, and at that time gave this site my payment information for the shipping. I did not see any email telling me I would be charged for and sent a newsletter I did not want to receive or ever sign up for. It appears to be automatically sent, even if I don't read that email Because they had my credit card information they were able to charge me for something I neither wanted or have looked at. It was definitely an unauthorized charge. I thought the newsletters were junk mail, and discarded them without opening. I believe that getting my payment information and then using it in that way was fraudulent. I would like my money for the 3 months of unwanted $19.95 newsletters, refunded. Their customer service person said I could not have a refund. I believe this is an unauthorized use of my credit card.
