I had the same experience others have had. I was looking for Adobe to install on my computer and UpClick offered 3 years at $11.18 annually. I threw it in my cart and was asked if I wanted to purchase some add-ons, which I said no to. I thought I would be able to view my cart prior to purchase so continued. Suddenly, my debit card was charged $73.63 and I was finally able to see what I'd "purchased". Not only was the PDF suite there, but all the add-ons I'd said I did not want. I immediatelyy called the company and was told they do not give refunds. This company is so fraudulent, please BEWARE. They should not be able to operate in the United States. I won't even download the PDF suite, as I don't trust it whatsoever.
