This outfit is all scam. Just stay away from them. take them to court if they take your vehicle, it is at the least a predatory loan, at least in my case. I have studied the consumer rights and the contract thoroughly. there is a clause in the contract that says if you file for bankruptcy they have the right to snag the car immediately. They don't have to wait for court because a judge would never side with them. there is not even a grace period. it is due when it is due or they call you. everything the other person said on this site about this company is true. if you are already doing business with these people start recording those calls. there is a free app for your phone that records phone calls and puts them on the drive so you can access it from any location. there is no violation of their privacy because they already said you are being recorded, they have no expectation of privacy.
