I called Gold Acceptance to explain to them that my husband & I would not be able to pay on our car any longer simply because we just don't have the money. I was told that if we return the car we would still be responsible for making the payments or they would auction it off and if they didn't get the balance of what was owned, plus attorneys fees, that is what we would owe. This company has no understanding of what people are going through financially. They would rather see someone homeless just so they can get their money. They are ruthless, heartless and scandalous.
