I bought a TORO Mower Model 20371 in Sept 2013. It has a 3 year warranty. Twice in 2015 the Kohler engines dies. they refuse to do anything because the is motor is Kohler. I am out $200 in repairs. April 9 the engine dies again. TORO wants me to take the mower to their repair shop 15 miles away so a TORO rep can look at it. I do not have any way of transporting a mower plus I'm not spending any more money at this lemon. TORO says they will do nothing without seeing the mower. The mower belongs in the garbage. I asked for $100 in "I'm Sorry" money. TORO refused.
