They made false promises about sending a laptop to cover the manufacturer's warranty and they keep making excuses until my warranty expires. i have called support center many times but they made excuses about not receiving any contact from case manager and said they do not know where the laptop is and made false promises to contact me back to inform me and I have called them back but they claimed they are still not hearing back from case manager and i have been doing this for a month
