Purchased a magazine from a young man who was trying to raise money for a good purpose. Purchased a magazine called Parent & Child for my grandson to do projects together with his Dad. Paid $63.00 for a 4 year subscription. Waited the 120 days that it said it would take before it would ship and still have not received the magazine. Called several times and keep getting a recording. Finally received a call back and was told that the Publisher of that magazine was no longer publishing it. I was asked if I wanted a different magazine. I asked if they had a list to choose from and was told that they would email the list to me. I gave them my email, and have yet to receive the list to choose from. This is getting ridiculous. These kids come around every year, and every year I tell them I am not interested. I finally break down and purchase a magazine, and then don't receive it. This was the reason why I kept saying no to begin with! I'm pretty sure I was scammed, and will never purchase another magazine from anyone selling door to door! I would like a full refund or a list sent to my email if this is not a scam.
