False advertising, selling goods that don't match the advertised item and not allowing accurate reviews. I purchased an item that was supposed to be knit, soft and fuzzy, and received an item that was completely different - sweatshirt material, thin and almost nothing like the item they sold me. I didn't bother trying to get a refund or return it because it would probably cost almost as much to return it as it did to purchase it! I'm sure they KNOW this, and that's probably why they think they can get away with the ripoff.
