What I thought I was ordering & what I received were completely different. I received a jacket that doesn't look like the picture online at all. Now the store only wants to do store credit & shipping expense to return costs more than the item itself. They won't acknowledge that the product shipped is completely different material & color than shown on line nor will they allow me to speak with a manager. This is definitely a website of false advertisement which traps you by telling you it's better to keep it because shipping it back will be more costly. I shouldn't have to pay for false advertised clothing.
