Purchased PDF Suite 2015- Professional. Tried to download it on to my computer several times but realized that my computer had a major virus. I had to have my computer repaired. This week, I tried to download the software once again but it said the link expired.
I called several times asking for a working link so I could download it on to my computer. The three different techs I talked to all said that I had to give them access to my computer and they would install it for me.
In all my years of owning computers and purchasing downloads online, I have never had to have "techs" insist on accessing my computer to install downloads. I refused since I am not comfortable letting someone else access my computer. They all refused to send me a working link so I could download it myself. They repeatedly sent me an expired link.
I then asked for a refund. They said that I can't have one since I am not letting them access my computer to "fix" it. If I buy a lifetime software tech support, they said they could send me a working link. Help! I am being scammed!
