Company had a message on my computer screen to call their number because my computer might be compromised. When I called the number the gentleman with the foreign accent said my Norton security was not good enough for my windows 10. After paying him $199.00 for the computer security, I watched as he put a free, use at your own risk, junk malware removal software on my computer. I would like a full refund because after working on my computer for 5 hours it was working worse than it did before he started.
