This is one of the worst companies I have EVER had the displeasure of dealing with. Like most others complaining here, they tend to be rather shifty in their wording and very dismissive. I too was misled to believe it was a loan rather than a lease with no early buyout options. I was also not made aware of the Damage Waiver Fee in advance of signing. I made my first payment this month. My payment due is $120.92. I happened to only have $120.00 in my account. I so pay $120.00, not figuring a 92 cent balance would be a problem and it would just get made with my next payment. They felt the need to call me and leave a voice mail 4 times within 2 weeks about my 92 cent past due balance. 92 CENTS! Yes, that is less than one single solitary dollar. I shorted an auto loan last month by $12.00 on accident and they were not beating down my door. I am not able to answer my phone at work, so I was finally unable to return their call. They informed me of the $0.92 past due balance. I was floored. Are they really hurting that bad that they have to call me over 92 CENTS! Then the Rep I was speaking to had the nerve to threaten me with reporting the late payment of 92 CENTS to my credit report. DOES EVERYONE HERE KNOW WHO IS IN CONTROL OF ITEMS ON YOUR CREDIT REPORT??? THE COMPANIES THAT PLACE THEM ON THERE. YES. If your company feels the need to report one of your customers (lets not forget, the whole reason you have a company in the first place) to the credit agency for late balance of $0.92. Just wow. Then to put icing on the cake, I got done venting to the rep I was speaking to, and was about to end the conversation, she has the nerve to say "So are you going to go online and make that 92 cent payment". You cannot imagine my rage at this point. I ask to speak to a supervisor (whether they actually sent me to one or not, who knows). The supervisor had the most smug, rude, "I'm better than you scum" attitude I've ever heard. She has the nerve to tell me "If I would have just answered their call, this could have all been avoided." Oh, I'm sorry, I don't sit, patiently staring at my phone waiting for a call from TimePayment Corp to tell me I better not let my account get 92 CENTS past due or they are going to report it to my credit report. To sum up, this company cares not one bit about the customer, misleads us and in my options preys on customer as well. I want away from this disgraceful, poor excuse of a company.
