I received an email from what I thought was Costco offering a free gift. I accepted as I am a Costco member and they r a reputable company. A month later I notice a charge on my Visa $89 U.S. And $85 U.S. From Hydroderm. Then more recently in October another charge for $130. I called the toll free number and was told I had authorized regular monthly charges by accepting the "free gift" from what appeared to be Costco. I told them I had never authorized this and to email a confirmation I had cancelled this unwanted product Hydroderm keeps mailing me, I have not received an email or a refund to date. This company is a scam that tricks consumers with "free gifts" and lying about who they are (i.e. Costco) Do not deal with Hydroderm EVER
