I ordered the free trial, asking that I just pay $6 and something cents shipping fee. After, I get an email saying my 14 day trial has started, after 14 days my card will be charged $89.95 for the face serum, and $84.95 for the eye serum. (These are very tiny bottles by the way.) I finally received the product, tried it for a week, and called to send it back. I had to ask for managers, and had to argue my case that the 14 day trial started while the product was in the mail. Seems logical... but had to dispute it. Finally they said they would refund the products if I pay to ship them back but this isn't something they do. I had to wait for an email to get instructions on shipping. I called back because I did not receive the email, and was then notified that I had to ship the bottles in two different boxes. I argued this point and literally had to put the customer service rep in my shoes, and asked to her answer if she would be happy with this company, and recommend this product. She agreed with me but still insisted I ship them in two boxes, pay two shipping fees. I argued some more, said I would tell my story on Facebook, which I would, and she finally said that I can ship it in one box, but again this is something they do not typically do. Do not buy Hydroderm products. I tried them, they don't work, and they have horrible customer service.
