I would like to make an official compliant, I was informed by EE that you’re company have been adding £5 a week to my phone bill, I have no idea who or what you are or what the company is.
I have now managed to unsubscribe from this scam, I would like to take this further as this is not acceptable, I never gave any permission for this to happen, I feel this is very bad that you feel like you can help yourself to my money!
I would like a refund for the money that you have been taking form me fraudulently.
