I just received an email after applying for a loan saying my loan was approved and my funds had been transferred and a confirmation email would follow. It did not, nor did money. Then I received another email asking meto sign the loan documents and PAD agreement and then my loan would be issued. I did so right away and nothing came, no one replied to my inquiries. Next day, today, ihave called 3 different toll free numbers that all go to the same planet loan greeting message. Each time I am redirected and no one picked up. I called several times and left multiple messages. Nothing, no call back or email. Nottoo long ago I get the exact same email I initially got saying my loan had been issued via email transfer. Nope, nothing.
I am mixed up aswell as for every toll free number I founbd for them, their hours of operation were listed with each being different from the other. Also different cities were listed as their local office.
I am currently thinking I should close my bank account.
