Filled out the application for a payday loan and was approved but they did not notify me that I was approved. They send my loan into my bank account and then proceeded to take out the loan with their fee that very night. I tried to get a hold of someone by phone and by email to no avail so I disputed this transaction with my bank and was able to have the money returned to my account. Once my bank put the money into my account I got an email stating that my payment was returned NSF and now I owed them an NSF fee. I tried contacting them again to no avail and the day my loan was actually due they tried debitting my account again. Of course I was smart and didn't leave any money in my account and closed it before they could try again. I have now recieved an email stating that my payment had been returned and I owed even more. It was their screw up and they broke their own rules by taking the loan out when it wasn't due. DON'T TRUST ANY COMPANY THAT IS LINKED WITH PLANET LOAN INC. they are all scams
