Through out the months of July 2017-October 2017, I was issued a total of 13 payday loans for a total amount of $4300 in loans. The business illegal charged me interest at a rate of 35% each loan when the maximum amount in BC is 17%. The business charged me $1295 in ilegal interest fees. The company purposely deducts amounts exactly one day before payday which causes banking NSF fees. I am asking the company to remburse me all interest due to their malpractices and policy's.
