Signed up for holiday savers than charged for saver city, saving store, and holiday save every month since the end of 2014. Placed a call to Holiday Savers stating the promotional gas card was never received. Was told that they would send the gas certificate for $100.00 plus a gift certificate for Walmart of $100.00, for the inconvience. Was told not to cancel for 14 days to allow certificates to arrive. Phoned back on July 18, 2015 stating that nothing has been received. During the phone call I informed the operator that I had agreed to ONLY to holiday savers not the others. Was only able to talk to the company through Visa when I called to cancel this subscription and also Visa so no more charges could be applied. Was able to get this last month's charge refunded and only 1 month. No refund for any other fees paid to additional branches of this company which were not agreed upon.
