When i signed up and cancelled, i didn't know about two separate programs. I overlooked the charges going from my Credit Card. I realized yesterday that i was being charged of $17.83 for last 3 months. when i called them today to ask for the refund the agent said i only cancelled from one not from both. I wasn't even aware there were two programs to begin with.

I was charged total of $142.83 for 8 months. The lady over the phone never mentioned that i will be signing with two different programs. Giving half info is cheating.
