on january 18 2010-a "power of attorney" was isued without the proper witnesses present.when questioned a mr bill hamill-aaa represenative-sent me an email indicating that the person signing the legal document,did not have to be present beause "it was a close friend". i have trouble beleiving that a document so important does not have to be witnessed. sincerly anthony disabella (Personal Info Removed) thank you
