I registered with uniblue for services that were not supplied and requested a refund to be made to my pay pal account. as they promised a refund in 30 days if not satisfied. I have received no reply or refund for far. I contacted Visa as I purchased with a credit card who advised me to write to them with all details of the purchase and they would proceed with trying to recover the amount paid.
