I just got my VISA statement with a charge by "store uniblue koeln". I had let my subscription run out but never authorized this payment for an apparent renewal of the subscription. The reason I didn't renew was because I have a much superior registry editor, Max Registry Cleaner, which found registry issues that Uniblue couldn't detect!

  • I am sorry the issue that you have encountered. Your credit card was re-charged because your one year subscription for your product updates/upgrades had expired and your order was set on automatic renewal. Before the renewal charge was applied we had notified you about it several times by email. I regret that you missed our notifications, however you need not worry our 60-day money back guarantee also applies to subscription renewals.
