Do not pay their $10.00 fee to verify your address to supposedly help you sell items on their site. The site has no traffic and never will based upon the pencil pushing know nothing people who run the site, but don't have any experience in actually selling anything themselves based upon their idiotic answers.

They do not read their emails. I sent a detailed email with four specific subjects and their reply showed they did not read it all. One of the suggestions was about their addition of the upc and other two fields to the listing form. I said it was a bad idea as I often sell books which are wrapped in skrinkwrap and they do not have upc codes to input. The customer reply was that all books have upc codes which suggested somehow my entire email could be dismissed. Customer service is so stupid they do not know collectible limited edition books issued in leather don't have upc codes because they are issued as collectible books. Product upc codes were also introduced in 1974 so any books before then don't have them.

Customer service is more arrogant than even ebay and that is pretty bad. I tried to tell to add a way to indicate a "other" payment option on their listing form for such things as ach payments, but no they can't do that because customers should only use PayPal for safety.

Once again they have no clue at all. Many customers in Europe are able to use ach payments for free or at a much reduced rate compared to other forms of payment such as checks, paypal, or the old way of sending funds (sending U.S. currency in the mail inside aluminum foil). That's why sites like Delcampe have it on their site. Thank you webstore.com for treating me like a criminal - a person with 16 years of online selling experience as opposed to webstore's customer service which don;t appear to have any experience as they are clueless.

I dislike ebay but it actually has traffic and the listing tools for it are light years ahead of webstore which is stuck in the 1990s with their so called bulk listing tool.

Stay far, far, away from this site unless you like wasting your time.
