i won this on december 1 it was a ps3 backwards compatable system i paid 121.00 for it via paypal on december 13 i contacted seller and asked if he sent it he said yes i asked for tracking info he said he took it to the post office days later it still was not here he claims they sent it to the wrong address and it was tracked to baltimore md he stated they were sending it back to him and he would overnight it and then he stopped answering me and item was never received i opend a paypal dispute but he said he would refund by needed to reopen paypal so i closed dispute and not cannot reopen im calling paypal tommrow
