the report I receive was completely inaccurate. The information shown before paying for the full report was the ONLY accurate information... family members. The site leads you to believe that all information would be on the report for the price quoted. The only info I got was name and birthdate (which was wrong) and an address that is 20 years outdated. If I wanted the rest of the information that was promised initially, it required further money. I chose not to pay for the 'extra' info and called to cancel immediately. If they couldn't get the birthdate right, how accurate must the other info be?? I was not happy with the addition money request to get the info that was promised in the basic report.
