I am sure you have heard this all too many times, so I am going to add a list about what to do about it. When you find out that Bidrack has tapped your bank account for an unauthorized amount of money, you need to: First call 1-800-238-6195 and ask them to reverse the charge, ( they won't). Second go to your bank manger in person and contest the charge, fill out the paperwork. Your bank will put the money back into your account while it investigates. Third,you need to have as much documentation as you can get,to give to your bank. So, print out some of the many complaints listed on the web. Forth, while you are about it, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, the Office of Consumer Protecting (or what ever it is known as in your State), the U.S. Postal Inspectors Service, and the Federal Trade Commission (all of which can be done online). Provide copies of your complaints to your bank as well. As many complaints as this Co. has gotten about its business practices it is highly doubtful that the out come of the investigation would go in their favor. Take the time to help put these people out of business and or in jail!
