Saw advertisement for free registration and 25 free bids "ending today." Registered and entered appropriate promo code. Asked for my credit card info to proceed. I figured they needed it to setup account for future bidding. Entered info and discovered the site AUTOMATICALLY switched the promo code to one I DID NOT ENTER and charged me $99!!
Called customer service three times. Once hung up on. Once busy signal. Once got rep who sounded like he was sleeping. He told me there were no refunds and no one else I could talk to. Advised me to email them. Huh?! BS!!!!!
