A few months back I ordered Registry Mechanics. 3 days later my computer malfunctioned and would no longer allow us to log on. Turns out after checking my account spam mail, Registry Mechanic sent an email 1 day prior to my computer malfunctioning saying there was a problem with their software and I should go back to the site to update to keep my computer from being infected. I paid $80 to have it fixed and the software removed. On 11/05/11 I saw a debit in my checking showing they took out a renewal charge for $29.99 causing me to overdraft. I never agreed to an extended program or renewal of any sort. This company is either bad with computer software or a full out scam.
