Mid october 2011 got a pop up up about the product juvenue and pure collegen foolishly I signed up for what I thought to be a free trial so I would only pay for the postage of both products (pure collegen and juvenue). Some weeks later recieved the juvenue 50ml so not the trial size I expected, on the 1st Nov £55.60 taken from my account the pure collegen samples two small sachets turned up a week later nothing seems to have been taken out for that. Will have to take it on the chin that I have been scammed however I don't think I will get very far by trying to contact these scammers so I'm off to the bank in the morning to cancel my card is there anything else I should do ?.
