I,too,attempted to cancel online after mistakenly starting an order BUT not completing it.I tried to cancel via the phone&was,of course,told that they had been shipped out.The next day I called,spoke to a man named Neil.He told me to try them,that if I didn't like them he would give me a reduction of $25.50.I was unable to use my card as I had cancelled it,so he said they would "cut me a check...we shall see!!I am going to call him&tell him about these complaints&ask when should I expect my money.I'll report back...the quality is poor,no support,better as a sleep bra,if even that.What a bunch of gangstahs!!!

- Diane reporting...I,indeed,was refunded $25.50 on my card from Genie Bra by a nice man named Neil.They are NOT,I repeat,NOT worth the$50.00&change I paid for them.
