I purchased a dual length mirror and rolling dance bag through this company; considering it was competition I expected a delay which was also posted on the webpage originally. The date the company said the products would be shipped was February 20th, that soon changed to the 27th of February...I had called several times and spoke to the same individual named Theresita and she avidly said the product would be coming and delay was due to a shipping issue. Upon calling yesterday after seeing my product was still 'on hold' and would be changing to 'processing' I have still not seen anything. There is convienetly no tracking number available and the mirror is not shipping...this company is a hassel and a joke. Spare yourself the trouble and purchase from a better company.
