I ordered jazz pants, tap shoes, and ballet shoes from getdancerwear.com on 15 September 2013, because of their promise of low prices, 24-hour processing, and 3 - 7 day shipping time. Ten days later, still no product. I emailed multiple times -- no response. I called multiple times only to get Google phone and voicemail, but no one returned my messages. (What normal company uses Google voicemail?) I tried to chat online using their website's app -- no response. I was forced to buy tap shoes last minute locally and my child still doesn't have the complete outfit needed for dance class.
