I agreed to pay $1.00 for information I already knew, didn't see or was unaware of the "cancel-within-5-days-or-forever-get-charged" clause and here I am 6 months later, trying to dispute this totally bogus $151.14 charge.
When I talked to customer service, I asked her how many people had the same complaint as I did. She told me that quite a few did.
When I told her that it was obviously misleading and that this was something deliberate on their part, she told me it was just like a gym membership, blah blah blah, quoting from the troubleshooting book in front of her. Will cancel the credit card. Why are these people in business?
