On the 15/11/14 I ordered for a blackberry blod 9900 and was informed it was dispatched on the 17/11/14 and expected date of delivery was 20/11/14. I immediately left a note on my door informing them to deliver this item to flat 265 should I not be available to receive it and also I was planning to travel abroad on holiday and was present the phone to my brother as, a Christmas present. After the 20/11/14 I could not see the item so, I emailed to inform them that if the item does not arrive before the 28/11/14 at 10.00am it should be returned as by then I would have been on my way on holiday abroad. When the good did not arrive as promised, I left and when I got to my destination in Nigeria I emailed to express my disappointment as, my brother did not believe my story. Kudos replied that the item was delivered to a Ms Joanna of 269 on the 19/11/14. While prior to that I saw Ms Joanna on the 27/11/14 and she never mentioned anything of sort to me before I left. So I informed Kudos about my meeting with Ms. Joanna. When I came back after 6 weeks. I wrote Kudos that I was still expecting my delivery and if it was not forth coming they should refund me my money. They ignored me until I threatened to take a legal action and they informed me not to as, they will be conducting an investigation and within 24 hrs they will update me. I waited for 48 hours after about 2 months of making the order. They declined to update me hence, l decided to go this route. When they found out, they decided to refund me the money which up to now I have not seen. Never theless, I deserve an explanation or a resend as the blackberry was on sale as, half price (£179) then and if the money is refunded l will not be able to get anything equivalent with that money. Hence, my requesting your resolution for them to resend me the phone as purchased instead of the money or i should be compensated in addition with refunding of the purchase price as, this has taken over 2 months and purpose for it's purchase has failed and I am no longer trusted by my brother and no explanation was even given my Kudos. So please help advocate on this case.
