I ordered for a blackberry 9900 sold at half price for £179 on the 16/12/2014 as a Christmas present. It never arrived & all effort to get a refund/resend Failed. When l threatened a legal case they decided to investigate the matter which l never got an explanation or apology after 2 months has elapsed, and after several emails and threats then l got an email to say a refund has been made but not received you. Why did it take that long to get the parcel for a Christmas present not to arrive. I have a lot of evidence from my correspondence for evidence to confirm my statement. Thanks, jane okoezi
