Received an email telling me that my subscription had been renewed (I had not requested or authorised this).
On checking my bank account, I found that $59.99 had been deducted by "PCTOOLS*RENEWAL PCT-ACC.COM ". This was neither requested nor authorised by me.
Rang my bank who said they could stop my card/issue a new card/number. Was offered a form to fill out to persue this matter further. "It could take up to 3 month"!
