This web site looked extremely close to the USPS website. I processed a change of address request thinking it was the USPS website and would only be charged $1.05. However, not only was I charged $39.95, when I clicked the button to process the change of address request, an error popped up stating the request was not submitted because the "AVS" code was incorrect. This error prompted me to click the submit button a second time to see if the request would be processed. I noticed that I was charged twice for $39.95 when I never even received a confirmation for either of the two requests. Additionally, this company provides no direct means of contact to request a refund. This website is deceitful and malicious and should refund my erroneous charges and be shut down.
