International boundaries
ordered clear tv, was under the impression it was $20.00 plus shipping and handling. Received it with additional items which came up to $75.91. Called immediately, told them it was fraud and deceitful and I did not want the item. They sent a return envelope in which I returned it. When i checked my credit acct they only gave me credit for $59.93 not the full refund of $75.91. When I called they stated it was business policy to charge the cost to the customer. Its not so much the money, its what and how they did it. I feel its fraudulent and deceitful. Trying help others so they wont go through the headache.
