I purchased the Clear TV antenna. It didn't work so I returned it. I had to pay $15.94 shipping to get it back to them. So now I'm out of $51.87. They credited my account for the $19.99 I paid for the product, but nothing for the shipping ($15.94). I called them and complained. They finally agreed to credit me one of the shipping charges, but only repaid half of their shipping cost ($7.99). So I called them again asking for the remaining $7.95. They refused to return the money. It's a scam. I wish there were enough complaints to start a suit. They have a defect product and they know it.
