I received a text on my from my bank stating I have a $-84.79 amount withdrawal from account. I immediately call my bank to inform them of this transaction. They explain to me what happened and what I needed to do to take care of this matter. They gave me the number to these people which I have never heard of as well as an account number that I supposedly to have had with them. I tried calling the number also but I kept getting a voice mail. So now I have to go into my bank on Monday and close this account and reopen another. Along with disputing the $36 overdraft fee that has also been added. This is a fraud and some actions needs to be taking.
