I inquired about a CPC certicate. He responded sure but he could get me the real thing for 700.00 and I western Uniondale he money Han of course the price went up the following weeks another 800.00 I western union end him half and then his contact got caught he need another 400.00 and I sent it again. I then got lied to over and over and asked for a refund and he said he sent it dec.18 and of course today is dec.26 and nothing. I have filed a complaint with the police and gave them all our email correspondence and western union receipts and pickups. We are trying to get the video footage of pick ups. He is a horrible scammer and I was stupid enough to fall for it
