I requested a fake marriage certificate to help resolve a family argument that was a potential disaster. They reassured me it would not be a problem and asked I send money via western union. As soon as I had done that they emailed me back a day later claiming that there was a misunderstanding and they couldn't not do it for $250 I was being asked for $1,050.00. I was in contact with them daily and asked why the change all of a sudden & he claimed that he thought he sent me an email explaining but he just realized it was still in his drafts folder. I was promised the money would be sent back. I constantly sent emails asking to please send my money back, still no response.
