I bought 2 bags from this person and the day I got them I emailed her right away letting her no they were damaged badly and yes I sent pictures! I was informed by her that I would get my full refund that it would have to be a bank transfer,well she has had all the info since 12-3-14 and still has failed to refund my entire amount. I have every email I sent and received from her I also have the receipt showing what I paid and all the pictures of the damaged merchandise. I am entitled my full refund since she has her products back!! these people are nothing but scammers.

all I keep on getting is ill let you no!! just return my money! I have all emails from this lady that are in my favor,as well as there return policy,guarantee.
